电力市场的逐步形成和开放 ,使得电力成为商品 ,电价成为电力市场的支点 ,正确地反映出电价的变化是同电力生产者和电力消费者都切身相关的问题。同时 ,现代计算机技术的发展 ,使得电力市场中的交易过程不再受到时间和地点因素的制约。采用基于 Enterprise Java Beans TM的构件体系结构技术 ,对在开放的发电市场中 ,发电单位争取发电计划的竞价系统进行了尝试性的设计 ,以期体现电力市场中的交易情况。通过一个简单模拟竞价系统的形成 ,说明了所提出的设计方法的可行性及前瞻性。
The gradual formation and opening up of the electricity market makes electricity become commodities and electricity prices become the fulcrum of the electricity market. It correctly reflects that the change of electricity prices is an issue that is closely related to electricity producers and electricity consumers. At the same time, the development of modern computer technology makes the transaction process in the electricity market no longer subject to time and place constraints. Adopting Enterprise Java Beans TM-based component architecture technology, a tentative design of bidding system for generating units for generating units in an open generation market was conducted in order to reflect the transaction in the electricity market. Through the formation of a simple simulation auction system, the feasibility and forward-looking of the proposed design method are illustrated.
