目的 :了解钉螺体表经茶树籽浸液作用后的损害状况。方法 :应用扫描电镜比较观察正常钉螺与感染钉螺受茶树籽作用后的体表病损。结果 :浸渍过茶树籽的钉螺头部体表出现大块组织脱落缺损及变形 ,足部体表增厚 ,出现皱褶变化和大量细胞浸润 ,外套膜前端边缘变粗糙 ,皱褶间有缺损及细胞浸润 ,整个边缘比正常的肿大 ,复盖肝脏部位的内脏囊外形由于较深陷的沟回出现 ,可见凹凸相间的皱褶。结论 :茶树籽浸液能损伤钉螺软体体表结构。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the damage status of the snail snail body surface treated by tea tree seed soaking. Methods: Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface lesions of normal snails and snails infected by tea tree seeds. Results: The body surface of snail head impregnated with tea seed showed the shedding and deforming of chunks, thickening of body surface, changes in folds and a large number of cell infiltration. The front edge of mantle became rough, Cell infiltration, the entire margin than the normal enlargement, covering the liver parts of the visceral pouch appearance due to the deeper furrow back appears, visible bumpy and white folds. Conclusion: Tea tree extract can damage snail soft body surface structure.
