目的:分析16排螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)血管造影在脑血管病变中的诊断价值。方法:选择2014年1月至2016年1月本院接诊的脑血管病变患者50例进行研究,所有患者均行16排螺旋CT血管造影检查,对其影像学检查资料进行分析。均行多平面重建(MPR)、容积重建(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)等技术处理分析。结果:本组50例脑血管病变患者16排螺旋CT血管造影的MIP、VR及MPR三维重建图像对患者的脑血管主干及主要分支显示均为100%。其中动脉瘤患者20例,瘤体表现为圆形或类圆形囊状变化,直径4~15 mm,通过VR技术对图像进行任意方向、多角度旋转观察,均可清晰显示动脉瘤颈部、瘤体及截瘤动脉位置,且可获得完整的形态及和颅骨、邻近血管的解剖关系。脑血管畸形(AVM)患者11例,动脉狭窄患者5例;胚胎性大脑后动脉患者12例。结论:16排螺旋CT血管造影成像技术在脑血管病变患者中具有良好的诊断价值,其具有安全、快捷及准确性高等优点。
Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) angiography in cerebrovascular disease. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016, 50 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected for study. All patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT angiography and their imaging examination data were analyzed. Multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), volume reconstruction (VR), maximum density projection (MIP) and other technical processing and analysis. Results: Three-dimensional reconstruction images of MIP, VR and MPR in the group of 50 patients with cerebrovascular disease underwent 16-slice spiral CT angiography showed that the main and major branches of cerebrovascular were all 100%. Among them, 20 cases of aneurysm showed aneurysms with circular or cystic changes of 4 ~ 15 mm in diameter. VR images of the aneurysms were observed in any direction and at multiple angles. All of them showed the neck, Tumor and tumor-cutting artery location, and can get the complete morphology and anatomy of the skull and adjacent blood vessels. 11 cases of cerebrovascular malformation (AVM), 5 cases of arterial stenosis and 12 cases of embryonic posterior cerebral artery. Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CT angiography has a good diagnostic value in patients with cerebrovascular disease, which has the advantages of safety, speed and accuracy.
