海尔集团最近对组织体系作出重大调整:原集团总裁张瑞敏改为集团首席执行官(CEO);原集团执行总裁杨绵绵改为集团总裁;首席执行官(CEO)作为集团董事局的执行代表,根据董事局的决议确立具体发展目标、实施预算的思路和工作原则;总裁全面主持集团的日常经营工作,负责预算体系目标。张瑞敏因而成为中国家电企业第一位 CEO。
Haier Group has recently made major adjustments to its organizational system: Chang Ruimin, former president of the Group, has been replaced by the chief executive officer (CEO); Yang Mianmian, former chief executive officer of the group, has been replaced by the president of the group; and the chief executive officer (CEO) has served as the executive representative of the group’s board of directors. The resolutions of the board of directors establish the specific development goals, the thinking and working principles for the implementation of the budget; the president presides over the day-to-day management of the group and is responsible for the objectives of the budget system. Zhang Ruimin thus became the first CEO of Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises.
