本文采用冠脉再通的非创伤性指标,分析90万单位尿激酶快速静脉给药治疗急性心肌梗塞的疗效,再通率为47.62%。在各种非创伤性指标中,再通指数、∑ST下降率、STmax下降率等指标较为敏感。
In this paper, non-invasive coronary recanalization index, analysis of 900000 units of urokinase rapid intravenous administration of the efficacy of acute myocardial infarction, the recanalization rate was 47.62%. In a variety of non-invasive indicators, re-pass index, Σ ST decline rate, STmax decline rate and other indicators are more sensitive.
