在分析以大型板材钢厂为评价对象、由71位专家获得的新一代钢厂精准设计评价指标体系权重值的基础上,采用加权算术平均(WAMM)的方法得到了指标的综合权重值。对综合权重值的分析表明在综合类指标中,经济投资水平指标的权重值最大,流程运行高效化和生态化水平指标的权重值较小。在经济投资类指标中,投资收益率指标的权重明显高于其他指标;在工艺设备类指标中,总体上高炉和转炉指标权重值最大;在流程运行类指标中,界面匹配运行参数指标权重值略高于流程运行时间;在生态化类指标中,源头技术指标权重值明显大于其他指标。
Based on the weighted value of the evaluation index system of a new generation of steel mills obtained from 71 experts with the large plate steel mill as the evaluation object, the comprehensive weighted value of the indicator is obtained by using the weighted arithmetic mean (WAMM) method. The analysis of the comprehensive weight value shows that among the comprehensive indexes, the weights of economic investment level indicators are the largest, and the indexes of process operation efficiency and ecological level have a smaller weight value. Among the index of economic investment, the weight of index of return on investment is obviously higher than that of other indexes. Among the index of process equipment, the weighted index of blast furnace and converter is the largest. Among the ecological indicator, the weight of the source technical indicator is obviously larger than other indicators.
