近年来,随着消费转型,国内牛肉需求增长较快,而产能提升又面临多种因素制约,供需数量缺口扩大是造成贸易逆差的主要原因;同时,国内农业成本上升,国内外牛肉价格差异明显,也加剧了国外牛肉进入。本文从提高生产效率和稳定消费需求两方面,提出促进国内牛肉供需平衡发展的建议。
In recent years, with the transformation of consumption, the domestic demand for beef has been growing rapidly while the production capacity has been constrained by various factors. The expansion of the supply and demand gap is the main reason for the trade deficit. Meanwhile, the domestic agricultural costs have risen and the domestic and international beef prices have been significantly different , But also exacerbated the entry of foreign beef. This paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the balanced development of domestic beef supply and demand from the aspects of raising production efficiency and stabilizing consumer demand.
