改革开放十几年来,我国国民经济取得举世瞩目的成就,国家整体经济实力大大提高。如何使国民经济发展再上一个新台阶已成为举国上下无不关注的发展战略问题。党的十四大适时提出了我国90年代产业发展的战略方针,即“振兴机械电子,石油化工,汽车制造和建筑业,使它们成为国民经济的支柱产业”。在此基础上,本文运用投入产出法和详实资料分析了我国目前四大支柱产业的地位和重要作用,分析了我国支柱产业所面临的主要问题,并以此为基点提出了发展支柱产业的若干对策构想。
Over the past decade and a half since the reform and opening up, China’s national economy has achieved remarkable achievements and the country’s overall economic strength has greatly improved. How to make the national economy develop to a new level has become a development and strategic issue that concerns the whole nation. The Party’s 14th National Congress timely proposed the strategic policy for China’s industrial development in the 1990s, namely “revitalizing machinery and electronics, petrochemicals, automobile manufacturing and construction, making them the pillar industries of the national economy”. On this basis, this paper uses the input-output method and detailed data to analyze the status and important role of China’s four pillar industries. It analyzes the main issues facing China’s pillar industries and puts forward the development of pillar industries as the basic point. Several countermeasures.
