试验所用矿样为某铜矿尾矿再选后的铜精矿,主要回收的目的矿物为黄铜矿,黄铜矿以中粒-细粒嵌布为主,除极细级别存在单体外,皆与粗粒脉石构成贫连生体。通过分级再磨的方法防止过细粒级铜的损失;通过添加分散剂水玻璃的方法来改善浮选环境;通过条件试验,最后确定了分级再磨、一粗、两精、两扫的闭路工艺流程。经闭路试验可得到Cu品位为16.35%,回收率为70.98%的精矿。
