本文根据国内以往几年对油土浆材料的筑路性能研究,以及省内应用它处理过渡式路面面层的试验观察进行研究分析,发现无论多量或少量的有机结合料加入土中其水稳定性大大改善,抗压强度也提高很多,但其恢复性能及抗剪强度则有所减低。因此,根据这一分析,看出油土浆可以作为路面面层(磨耗层)的结合料,但需加铺保护层养护。为充分利用油土浆材料的水稳定性及其抗压强度高的性能,提出了路面设计结构组合的建议。
Based on the research on the road performance of the oil and slurry materials in the past few years in China and the experimental observation of the application of the transition pavement in the province, it is found that no matter whether a large amount or a small amount of the organic binder is added to the soil, the water stability The properties have been greatly improved, and the compressive strength has also increased a lot, but the recovery performance and the shear strength have been reduced. Therefore, based on this analysis, we can see that the oil-soil slurry can be used as the bonding material for road surface layer (wear layer), but the protection of overlay layer is required. In order to make full use of the water stability of the oil-soil slurry material and its high compressive strength performance, a proposal of pavement structure design is proposed.
