以江苏大剧院音乐厅屋盖钢结构施工安装为背景,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen进行屋盖钢结构施工安装方案研究,考虑先施工主结构,后施工剪刀撑、主檩等次结构与主结构、剪刀撑、主檩等次结构同时施工两种不同的施工安装方案。结合现场施工条件,通过对比分析两种不同施工安装方案下结构最大应力、位移等评价两种方案的优劣,得出最优施工安装方案,并将部分理论计算结果同实际监测数据进行对比。研究表明采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen进行屋盖钢结构施工全过程模拟是可行的,先施工主结构,后施工剪刀撑、主檩等次结构在保证安全施工的前提下可以缩短工期。为类似大型复杂钢结构工程进行施工模拟提供技术参考。
Based on the construction and installation of roof steel structure of concert hall in Jiangsu Grand Theater, the finite element software MIDAS / Gen is used to study the construction and installation of roof steel structure. The construction of main structure, post-construction scissors support, Structure, scissors support, the main sub-structure such as the construction of two different construction and installation at the same time. Combining with the construction conditions in the field, the optimal construction and installation schemes were evaluated by comparing the strengths and weaknesses of the two schemes under maximum stress and displacement under two different construction and installation schemes, and some theoretical calculation results were compared with the actual monitoring data. The research shows that the finite element software MIDAS / Gen is feasible to simulate the whole process of roof steel structure construction. The structures of the first construction, the second construction of scissors and main structure can shorten the construction period under the premise of ensuring safety construction. It provides technical reference for construction simulation of similar large-scale complex steel structure project.
