用样区铗日法调查了草甸草原、丘陵草原、沟谷草甸、丘陵灌丛、固定沙丘及耕地等生境的鼠类数量。根据每个样方第一日捕获数与沿用 Smith 法计算的密度存在着高度的相关性(r=0.9808>r_(0.01)=0.8740),从而建立了回归方程 _1=1.5303+1.6659y_1,并对两种计算方法进行了比较,经拟合优度检验 R~2=0.9621,说明两法所得结果十分接近,有其应用价值.
The sample plots were used to investigate the number of rodents in meadow grasslands, hilly grasslands, valleys and valleys, hilly shrubs, fixed dunes and cultivated land. Based on the high correlation between the number of traps on the first day of each quadrat and the density calculated by the Smith method (r = 0.9808> r0.01 = 0.8740), the regression equation _1 = 1.5303 + 1.6659y_1 was established. The two calculation methods were compared, the goodness of fit test R ~ 2 = 0.9621, indicating that the results obtained by the two methods are very close, and has its application value.
