目的电镜观察下对离体鼠肝细胞膜上的(甘草次酸受体和甘草酸受体)的表达。方法胶体金探针法。结果对照胶体金组和空白对照组的离体鼠肝细胞表面未见金颗粒,甘草次酸金标组的肝细胞表面分布着多量金颗粒,甘草酸金标组的肝细胞表面存在少得多的金颗粒。结论鼠肝细胞膜上存在多量甘草次酸受体,只存在少得多的甘草酸受体。
Objective To observe the expression of glycyrrhetinic acid receptor and glycyrrhizin receptor in isolated rat liver cell membrane under the electron microscope. Methods Colloidal gold probes. Results There were no gold particles on the surface of hepatocytes of the control colloidal gold group and the blank control group. The glycyrrhizin gold standard group had a large number of gold particles on the surface of the hepatocytes. The glycyrrhizin group showed much less hepatocyte surface Gold particles. Conclusion There is a large amount of glycyrrhetinic acid receptor on the membrane of rat hepatocyte, but only a little much less glycyrrhizinate receptor.
