通过检测豚鼠脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR),以及观察动物行为外观、壳温与核温、耗氧量、应激能力,研究金匮肾气丸对豚鼠庆大霉素耳蜗毒性拮抗作用,结果显示庆大霉素能明显提高ABR阈值,并使豚鼠表现为萎靡、蜷缩、活动迟缓、反应迟钝、体重及进食量下降、壳温及核温降低、氧耗量降低、耐冻及冷水游泳时间缩短等典型阳虚证候。应用金匮肾气丸后,与模型组对比,听力明显改善,上述阳虚证候得以纠正。探讨了金匮肾气丸对庆大霉素耳蜗毒性拮抗作用的可能机理。
By examining guinea pig brainstem auditory evoked potential (ABR) and observing animal behavioral appearance, shell temperature and nuclear temperature, oxygen consumption, and stress ability, we investigated the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pills on guinea pig gentamicin cochleae toxicity antagonism. Shows that gentamicin can significantly increase the ABR threshold and cause guinea pigs to show wilting, contracture, sluggish activity, unresponsiveness, decreased weight and food intake, decreased shell temperature and nuclear temperature, reduced oxygen consumption, cold tolerance, and cold water swimming time Shorten other typical Yang deficiency syndromes. After the application of Jinkuishenqi Pills, compared with the model group, hearing improved significantly and the above-mentioned Yang deficiency syndromes were corrected. The possible mechanism of jintanshenqi pill’s antagonism of gentamicin cochleae toxicity was discussed.
