越来越多的国内外研究者认识到教师信念会影响甚至决定教师的教学行为。基于美国临床心理学家George Kelly的个人构建理论本文确立了信念的渊源及含义,并梳理了国内外外语教师信念研究,尤其是国外对外语教师阅读理解的信念研究,而国内对教师信念的实证研究急需加强,最后作者为国内英语教师信念研究指出方向。
More and more researchers at home and abroad have realized that teachers’ beliefs will influence or even decide the teacher’s teaching behavior. Based on the theory of personal construction by George Kelly, a clinical psychologist in the United States, this paper establishes the origin and meanings of beliefs and studies the beliefs of foreign language teachers both at home and abroad, especially the foreign studies of the beliefs of foreign language teachers in reading comprehension. The research urgently needs to be strengthened. Finally, the author points out the direction of the research on the beliefs of domestic English teachers.
