目的探讨采用经门静脉输注激素与肝动脉插管化疗联合治疗晚期肝癌的临床效果。方法经胃网膜右静脉插管皮下埋植化疗药泵 ,从药泵注入地塞米松及化疗药物。结果总有效率为 80 % ,1年生存率为 5 3 .3 % ,肝功能明显改率为 93 .0 %。结论本法可减轻对肝脏的损伤 ,肝细胞再生增强 ,肝功能改善 ,对晚期肝癌具有良好的治疗效果
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial infusion of hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Methods The gastric cancer was implanted with chemotherapeutic drug pump through the right venous catheter, and dexamethasone and chemotherapeutic drugs were injected from the drug pump. Results The total effective rate was 80%, 1-year survival rate was 53.3%, liver function was significantly improved 93.0%. Conclusion This method can reduce the damage to the liver, enhanced liver cell regeneration, improved liver function, has a good therapeutic effect on advanced liver cancer
