配热电偶的动圈仪表,广泛地用于各种温度测量与控制装置中。由于断偶保护线路的存在,要求检定时用的直流毫伏发生器的输出阻抗小于5Ω。实际上,很多单位的毫伏发生器不合乎要求。使测温带来附加误差。为此,不少单位在毫伏发生器的制作上想办法以解决这个问题。下面分析附加误差产生的原因,从动圈仪表的线路和检定方式上,讨论这个问题。 1.目前的动圈仪表线路与示值检定当前生产的一种动圈仪表的测量线路、断偶保护线路可简化为图1(a)所示,(b)为断偶线路的等效电路。
Dynamic instrument with thermocouple, widely used in a variety of temperature measurement and control devices. Due to the presence of broken even protection circuit, the DC millivolt generator output impedance required for verification is less than 5Ω. In fact, many units of millivolt generator does not meet the requirements. Temperature measurement brings additional error. To this end, many units in the millivolt generator to find ways to solve this problem.
