磨窝煤矿位于河北省内邱县五郭店公社,现有一对斜井,设计能力为年产21万吨。一九七三年十一月投产时,开拓煤量只有47万吨,准备和回采煤量都是12.8万吨,三个煤量均没有达到部颁标准。为了提高采区产量尽快达到矿井设计能力。我们对采区巷道布置、运输系统、顶板管理方法等进行了一些改革,从而收到了较好的经济效果(见表1)。 现将改革采区的有关作法简述如下: 一、改革运输系统为集中生产创造有利条件
Mowu Coal Mine is located in Qiu County, Hebei Province, Wu Guo Dian commune, the existing incline wells, design capacity of an annual output of 210,000 tons. When it started operation in November 1973, it opened up only 470,000 tons of coal and prepared and recovered 128,000 tons of coal, all of which failed to meet the ministerial standards. In order to improve the production of mining area to reach the mine design capability as soon as possible. We carried out some reforms on the roadway layout, transportation system and roof management method in the mining area so as to receive better economic results (Table 1).
