军地经济交往是军事经济活动及其管理中不可忽视的重要方面,只有加强对军地经济交往的管理,才能更好地发挥军事经济管理的作用。军队与地方经济交往的内容主要有:人力(含人才)的交往;产品的交往;资金的交往;科学技术的交往;经济和技术信息的交往。军地经济交往的特点有:主体的特殊二元性;目的的双重性;行动的从属性;途径的超经济性;规律的复杂性;效益的特殊性。在军地经济交往中应遵循以下原则:服从大局;平等互利;利义统一;讲求效益;依法交往。
Economic exchanges between the military regions are an important aspect that can not be ignored in the military economic activities and their management. Only by strengthening the management of military economic exchanges can we better exert the role of military economic management. The main contents of the economic exchanges between the army and the local economy include: manpower (including personnel) exchanges; product exchanges; funds exchanges; scientific and technological exchanges; economic and technological information exchanges. The characteristics of military economic exchanges are: the special duality of subject; the duality of purpose; the subordination of action; the super economy of approach; the complexity of law; the particularity of benefit. In military economic exchanges, the following principles should be followed: obeying the overall interests; equality and mutual benefit; unity of righteousness; stressing benefits; and engaging in accordance with the law.
