2011~2013年采用“3414”完全试验设计方案,对巴西香蕉主要农艺性状与产量之间的关系进行了相关和通径分析。结果表明,顶部2~6叶总叶面积、株高、茎围、绿叶数与产量呈极显著正相关关系,相关性最高的是茎粗,其次为顶部2~6叶总叶面积。对巴西香蕉主要农艺性状与产量之间的相关性进行回归分析,得产量预测回归模型:Y=-8 032.426+538.515D+0.102A,通径分析结果表明,茎围D和顶部2~6叶总面积A是对单株产量贡献最大的2个生长性状。但栽培时还是要协调好各性状间的关系,在强调高产育种的性状选择上,可将重点集中于这2个性状上,从而缩小育种过程中良性性状的选择范围,提高育种效率。
From 2011 to 2013, “3414” complete experimental design was used to analyze the relationship between the main agronomic traits and yield of Brazilian banana. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between total leaf area, plant height, stem circumference, green leaf number and yield of 2 to 6 leaves at the top. The highest correlation was stem diameter, followed by the total leaf area of 2 to 6 leaves at the top. Regression analysis of the correlation between main agronomic traits and yield of Brazilian banana showed that the regression model of yield prediction was Y = -8 032.426 + 538.515D + 0.102A. The path analysis showed that the stem diameter D and the top 2 ~ 6 leaves The total area A is the two largest growth traits contributing to the yield per plant. However, when cultivating, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship among the traits. Emphasis on the selection of traits of high-yield breeding can focus on these two traits, so as to narrow the range of selection of benign traits during breeding and improve the breeding efficiency.
