西藏拥有丰富的文化资源,但由于多头管理,缺乏懂经营、善管理的文化经营管理人才;产业化程度低,结构不合理;由于有影响的文化品牌和拳头产品还很少与文化产业相关的学术研究和全国相比仍然很落后,西藏文化产业发展缓慢。虽则如此,西藏的文化产业发展仍具备诸多有利条件。要扬长避短发展西藏文化产业,应积极发展适合西藏实际的文化产业项目;应探索适合西藏文化产业发展的战略;应树立“人力资源是第一资源”的观念;应坚持旅游产业作为文化产业发展的先导和龙头;应充分运用区内外的优势及资源促进西藏文化产业的发展。
Tibet is rich in cultural resources. However, due to the long-term management, there is a lack of cultural management personnel who are knowledgeable in management and good in management.
