聚丙烯酰胺不仅是石油工业中的重要助剂,由于它具有优异的絮凝性能而应用于食品、洗煤、环境保护和饮水净化等工业,引起了国内外的普遍重视。丙烯酰胺是剧毒单体,对于聚合物中的单体含量,按国内外规定标准在1%以下,这对聚合过程及其产品检验提出严格的要求。目前,除了用溴滴定法外,还有用极谱法和光谱法进行一些研究。本工作对聚丙烯酰胺中微量单体的极谱行为进行了研究,确定了极谱分析的条件,提出了简便的测定方法。
Polyacrylamide is not only an important additive in the petroleum industry, but also has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad because of its excellent flocculation performance in industries such as food, coal washing, environmental protection and water purification. Acrylamide is a virulent monomer, the monomer content in the polymer, according to the provisions of the standard at home and abroad in 1% or less, which the polymerization process and product testing made stringent requirements. At present, in addition to bromine titration method, there are some studies using polarography and spectroscopy. In this work, the polarographic behavior of trace monomers in polyacrylamide was studied. The conditions of polarographic analysis were determined and a simple and convenient method for determination was proposed.
