网络治疗(network therapy)是目前西方流行的一种基于网络媒介、高度结构化的心理治疗方法,特别适用于军队这种特殊的组织结构和管理模式。本文初步介绍了网络治疗的实施过程,着重分析该方法的特点和优势。作者认为,网络治疗的结构化、易交流(网络媒介)、疗效好、低成本和低耗时等特点,对解决我军目前心理专业人才稀缺与基层官兵对心理服务需求之间的矛盾提供了新的思路。网络治疗或许能够成为基层官兵与心理专家沟通的心灵桥梁。
Network therapy is currently a kind of highly structured psychotherapy based on the Internet in the West. It is especially suitable for the special organizational structure and management mode of the military. This article initially introduced the implementation of network therapy, focusing on the characteristics and advantages of the method. The author believes that the structured network, easy communication (network media), good curative effect, low cost and low time-consuming and other characteristics provide a solution to the contradiction between the current shortage of psychological professionals in our army and the needs of grassroots officers and soldiers in psychological services New ideas. Network therapy may be able to become a spiritual bridge between grassroots officers and psychologists.
