在我国农家品种中白粉病抗源很少,其中红蜷芒、蚂蚱麦和小白冬麦经多处鉴定,高抗白粉病。在南京条件下经多年鉴定,无论苗期或成株期均抗白粉病。先后用这3个农家种分别与感病品种及含有已知抗病基因的抗源进行杂交,对其杂种后代进行抗性遗传分析,结果证明这3个农家种各含有1对显性抗病基因,经测位杂交分析,其所含抗性基因与现有已知的Pm_2,Pm_6和Pm_8抗病基因不同。
