当你真正有了在现实的商品世界中生存的生命体验以后,再去阅读司马迁《史记.货殖列传》中的那个“商品世界”,你就会深深地感受到心灵的历史撞击。一个“天下壤壤,皆为利往”的“商品世界”和“商业精神”竟出现在2000多年前的中古初期,这不能不说是个奇迹;而且这个“商品世界”从来没有像欧洲中世纪那样“销声匿迹”。然而,它却始终孕育不出一个“近代性”,更化育不出一个以自由、民主作为两大支柱的现代公民社会,这不能不说是司马迁《史记.货殖列传》中那个“商品世界”的悲剧!这个悲剧现在是结束了呢,还是在继续?
When you really have the life experience living in the real world of goods, you will deeply feel the historical impact of the soul when you read the “commodity world” written by Sima Qian in “Historical Records.” It is a miracle that the “world of goods” and “business spirit”, “all the earth goes all the way to profit,” actually appeared in the early Middle Ages more than 2,000 years ago. And this “world of goods” has never been like the Middle Ages in Europe “Disappeared.” However, it has never given birth to a “modernity” and even denied a modern civil society that takes both freedom and democracy as its two pillars. This can not but be said that the “commodity world” in Sima Qian’s “Historical Biography.” Tragedy! Is the tragedy now over or is it continuing?
