构建社会主义和谐社会,是党的十七大提出的一项重要决策任务,也是一个复杂的系统工程,必须坚持科学发展观,调动一切积极因素,把各方面的力量和智慧凝聚起来,形成强大合力。国有企业作为社会的基本细胞,理所当然地成为和谐社会的维护者和促进者。作为国家特大型企业,油田必须充分认识构建社会主义和谐社会的重要意义,按照中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会的重大部署,积极探索构建和谐油田的规律和途径,认真解决前进道路上出现的各种矛盾和问题,努力营造和谐发展的环境,推动油田实现和谐持续发展。
