为解决复杂装配产品的快速变型设计问题,提出了产品全息装配的概念,研究基于全息模型的参数化装配变型设计原理。根据全息产品多样化、集成化的特点,将草图信息、接口信息嵌入装配模型中,更新并重用不同装配模块的知识,构建基于全息装配与知识重用技术的自适应体系,达到将装配模型的变型设计应用于系列产品开发中的目的,并以桥式起重机桥架为对象进行了验证。结果表明,该方法满足了产品装配知识重用的需求,大大降低了程序依赖性。
In order to solve the problem of rapid variant design of complex assembly products, the concept of product hologram assembly is proposed and the principle of parameterized assembly variation design based on holographic model is studied. According to the diversified and integrated characteristics of holographic products, the sketch information and interface information are embedded in the assembly model, the knowledge of different assembly modules is updated and reused, and an adaptive system based on holographic assembly and knowledge reuse technology is constructed to achieve the goal of transforming the assembly model The design was applied to the development of a series of products and was validated by the bridge crane. The results show that the method meets the demand of product assembly knowledge reuse and greatly reduces program dependency.
