目的:评价CT计算甲状腺体积的准确性。材料和方法:1采用东芝TCT-300/EZ全身CT扫描系统对15个甲状腺模型进行扫描,利用CT机的体积计算功能计算甲状腺模型体积。2甲状腺模型的实际体积通过模型排除水的容量来计算。结果:甲状腺实际体积为24.847±13.43ml。CT的计算值与模型的实际测值无显著差异性(P>0.05),两者有高度相关性(r=0.9998,P<0.001)。结论:CT能够准确计算甲状腺体积。
Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of computed tomography volume. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 1. Fifteen thyroid models were scanned with the Toshiba TCT-300 / EZ whole body CT scanning system, and the volume of the thyroid model was calculated by volume calculation function of CT. 2 The actual volume of the thyroid model is calculated by excluding the volume of water by the model. Results: The actual thyroid volume was 24.847 ± 13.43ml. There was no significant difference between the calculated value of CT and the actual measurement of the model (P> 0.05), and the correlation between them was highly significant (r = 0.9998, P <0.001). Conclusion: CT can accurately calculate the thyroid volume.
