研究对象为1996年6～11月施行乳腺癌手术的12例患者,在手术前询问有无足冷,并用热像图法测定足背部、足踝部、膝下部的温度。以足背部和足踝部、膝下部没有温差的病例为正常型,足踝部温度低于足背部为足踝型,足背部温度低于足踝部为厥逆型。足冷分为;自觉寒冷的厥寒;客观表现寒冷,但无自觉性寒冷的厥冷;冷感从肢体末端传向躯干的厥逆。虚实证的判定应用大竹的虚
The study subjects were 12 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery from June to November 1996. Before surgery, they were asked whether there was cold or not. The temperature of the back, foot and ankle, and lower knee were measured by thermal imaging. There were no cases of temperature difference between the lower part of the foot and the ankle and the lower part of the knee. The temperature of the foot and ankle was lower than that of the foot, and the temperature of the back was lower than that of the ankle. The cold is divided into; cold cold chilling; objective cold, but no cold cold consciousness; cold feeling from the end of the body to the trunk of the hiccup.
