四川铜镍有限责任公司是由原中国有色金属工业总公司直属企业成都电冶厂和四川省属企业拉拉铜矿,按建立现代企业制度的要求,整体联合改组而成,于1996年2月6日核准注册,是一个以有色金属采、选、冶、加工为主的国有大型一档工业企业。如何随着现代企业制度建立,选择符合实际的战略,在市场经济的大潮中求得生存和发展,是企业面临的重要课题。本文仅就竞争战略的选择问题作些探讨。
