目的:探讨DNA修复基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究,以PCR-RFLP技术检测膀胱癌组和对照组的基因多态,比较不同基因型与膀胱癌风险的关系。结果:XRCC1三种基因型在两组间的分布无统计学差异;XRCC3三种基因型在两组之间的分布有统计学差异。结论:XRCC1 Arg194Trp多态与膀胱癌易感性无关;携带XRCC3 241Met基因型的个体患膀胱癌的风险显著增加。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between DNA repair gene polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility. Methods: A case-control study was performed to detect the polymorphisms of bladder cancer and control groups by PCR-RFLP. The relationship between different genotypes and bladder cancer risk was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the distribution of the three genotypes of XRCC1 between the two groups; the distribution of the three genotypes of XRCC3 was statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion: The polymorphism of XRCC1 Arg194Trp is not associated with bladder cancer susceptibility. The risk of bladder cancer in XRCC3 241Met genotype is significantly increased.
