本文针对石灰石砂铸钢件界面反应、凝固结晶特点,通过宏观分析电镜、能谱等微观测试,阐述了有别于一般铸钢件皮下针孔的细长气孔、及其形成过程中气泡形核和生长环境的特点,探讨了细长气孔的形成机制。研究认为:呈侵入性主要特征的细长气孔的形状,随形于它周围晶粒的形态,即主要取决于石灰石砂铸钢件凝固环境所构成的结晶条件,并提出防止这类气孔的对策和措施。
In this paper, the interface reaction and solidification and crystallization characteristics of limestone sand cast steel were analyzed.
