作者对左旋咪唑、双萘羟酸噻嘧啶和灭虫宁3种驱虫药物单剂疗法治疗勾虫和蛔虫感染的疗效进行了比较。145例男性农民,年龄7～45岁,分为3组,分别给予一次顿服左旋咪唑150毫克、双萘羟酸噻嘧啶750毫克和灭虫宁5克。结果:第1组51例,其中十二指肠勾虫感染31例,蛔虫感染10例,蛔虫、勾虫混合感染10例,用左旋咪唑治后3周考核疗效,连续粪检2天的阴转率,蛔虫为100%,勾虫为93%。第2组47例,其中十
