本文以《元史·礼乐志》的记载为主线 ,结合其它相关的历史文献 ,论述了作为东南重镇的东平府在元立国前后宫廷音乐建设中突出而重要的地位。我认为 :东平府因是曲阜故里 ,其礼乐文化迭代有加 ,具有相当丰厚的积淀 ;在宋金元易代之际 ,东平府不但没有遭到很大破坏 ,而且 ,宋金礼乐故老携乐谱器物云集于此。自成吉思汗 ,历太宗、宪宗、世祖诸朝 ,东平府因其人才集中、礼乐文化兴盛而备受保护 ,并得到不断完善和发展 ,元廷诸多礼乐活动均自东平调动乐工人等 ,成为元宫廷礼乐的实际中心。后因一系列历史事件的发生 ,特别是山东李的判乱 ,最终导致了忽必烈礼乐政策的转向 ,东平府礼乐中心的地位便不复存在。 This article takes the record of Yuan Shi Ritual and Music as the main line, and discusses the prominent and important position of Dongpingfu, a southeast heavy town, in the court music construction before and after the Yuan Dynasty in the foundation of other related historical documents. Since Genghis Khan, Li Taizong, constitutional ancestor, ancestral zu dynasty, Dongping government because of its talent concentration, ritual and cultural prosperity and protection, and has been constantly improved and development, Become the real center of Yuan court ritual and music. Later, due to a series of historical events, especially the dispute over Li Song in Shandong Province, this eventually led to the shift of the Kublai Khanate’s courtesy policy. The status of the Dongping government courtesy center ceased to exist.
