一、过去的起爆方法及存在的问题 浏阳磷矿多年来一直采用导爆索起爆法。总结过去,存在以下几个问题: 1.爆破质量差。采用导爆索的齐发爆破,经常出现根底现象,矿岩大块产出率高,底炮和二次破碎量大,造成成本增加,生产组织复杂。 2.由于形成根底和大块的产出,设备强行挖掘,磨损大,相应增加了设备维修工作量,并影响装满系数,造成亏方,降低了采场综合效率。
