目前,人们正存寻求更有效的延寿途径,这就是适应人体内部规律的“生物学延寿法”,生物钟养生法便是其中之一。“生物钟”又称人体生物节律。近代科学研究证明,人的节律性主要受太阳、地球、月亮等宇宙节律的影响。研究表明,人体存在着以23天为周期的体力盛衰期,以28天为周期的情绪波动期和以33天为周期的智力强弱期。生物钟运转的紊乱是疾病、衰老、死亡(短寿)的主要原因。可见,欲达健康长寿,就要“顺应生物钟”,“保养生物钟”。
