结合经济学原理与消防安全的特殊性,在整理中外文献的基础上,对研究消防经济学时较为常用的概念进行了定义及辨析,并根据投资主体不同将概念分为宏观和微观两部分,根据各自特点对相关基本原理和原则进行了论述。重点阐述了消防安全度的概念,对消防投资、成本与利润、收益关系进行了解析。 Combining the particularity of economics and fire safety, based on the collation of Chinese and foreign literatures, this paper defines and analyzes the commonly used concepts in the study of fire-fighting economics and divides the concept into macroscopic and microcosmic according to the different subjects of investment.
