为预测渡槽在冬季输水过程中的水温变化,根据稳态传热过程进行理论分析,并引用导热微分方程和牛顿冷却公式进行计算,以庄浪河渡槽为例,分别计算不保温、表面采用5cm厚的聚氨酯保温板两种情况下水随时间散失的总热量,并求得相应的水温。计算结果表明,在冬季低温工况下,渡槽内外温差大,水散失大量热量,水温降低幅度大,需采取保温措施防止水温降低,以保证渡槽在允许水温下正常运行。研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to predict the change of water temperature during the aqueduct in winter, the theoretical analysis based on the steady-state heat transfer process and the calculation of the differential equation of thermal conductivity and the Newton’s cooling formula are given. Taking Zhuanglanghe Aqueduct as an example, 5cm thick polyurethane insulation board two cases of water over time lost the total heat, and obtain the corresponding water temperature. The calculation results show that the temperature difference between inside and outside of the aqueduct is large under the condition of low temperature in winter and large amount of heat is lost in the water, and the temperature is greatly reduced. Therefore, the measures of keeping warm should be taken to prevent the water temperature from decreasing so as to ensure the normal operation of the aqueduct under the allowable water temperature. The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
