本研究从企业内部知识基础角度出发,融合了同类相聚与资源交换理论,以中国上市电子企业为样本,运用随机效应Logit模型,分析知识互补性与研发网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系,以及知识深度与宽度的调节作用。研究发现:(1)知识互补性会增强网络内异位势企业间的研发联盟;(2)知识宽度正向调节知识互补性与网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系;(3)知识深度并不显著负向调节知识互补性与网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系。因此,网络内企业需要积极通过构建知识互补性来促进其与异位势企业间合作。
This study, based on the internal knowledge base of the enterprise, combines the theory of the same kind of gathering and exchange of resources, takes the Chinese listed e-business as a sample and uses the random-effects Logit model to analyze the relationship between knowledge complementarity and heterogeneous potential alliance in R & As well as the depth of knowledge and width of the regulatory role. The findings are as follows: (1) Knowledge complementarity will enhance R & D consortium among heteropotential enterprises in the network; (2) Knowledge width positively adjusts the relationship between knowledge complementarity and intra-network heteroposition enterprises; (3) Knowledge depth It does not significantly negatively regulate the relationship between knowledge complementarities and the heteropolitical enterprises within the network. Therefore, the enterprises in the network need to actively promote their cooperation with alien enterprises by building knowledge complementarities.
