细胞凋亡为一种形态学上的改变,是发生于基因调控下的细胞程序性的死亡。细胞凋亡的通路主要有3条:线粒体通路、死亡受体通路和内质网通路。在细胞凋亡中执行主要功能的为一类名为半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)的蛋白酶家族,通过各种机制的活化,产生级联反应,导致细胞凋亡。近年研究显示,细胞凋亡中caspase与皮肤肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,深入研究细胞凋亡的信号通路及其分子机制将为皮肤肿瘤的治疗提供新的途径。
Apoptosis is a morphological change that occurs in programmed cell death under gene regulation. There are three main pathways of apoptosis: mitochondrial pathway, death receptor pathway and endoplasmic reticulum pathway. A family of proteases, known as caspases, that perform predominant functions in apoptosis, undergo cascade reactions that lead to apoptosis through various mechanisms of activation. Recent studies have shown that caspase is closely related to the occurrence and development of skin tumors. To study the signal transduction pathways and their molecular mechanisms in vitro will provide a new approach for the treatment of skin tumors.
