酒石酸锑钾和葡萄糖酸锑钠均含有微量砷,各国对此二种锑剂中砷量限度的规定并不相同。本文对于微量砷影响锑剂毒性的问题,用小白鼠进行了比较系统的研究。结果表明当砷含量在200ppm以下时对二种锑剂的毒性无明显影响,仅当砷含量增至2000—20000ppm时二种锑剂的毒性始相应增加。同时按Loewe图解分析法用小白鼠分析酒石酸锑钾(PAT_(sb)Ⅲ)与三氧化二砷(AS~(Ⅲ))和葡萄糖酸锑钠(SAG_(sb)v)与砷酸氢二钠(AS~v)合用时的毒性,证明PAT_(sb)Ⅲ与AS~(Ⅲ)间,SAG_(sb)v与AS~v 间的毒性均呈相加作用。
Antimony potassium tartrate and sodium gluconate contain traces of arsenic, and the regulations of arsenic in the two antimony agents in different countries are not the same. In this paper, the problem of trace arsenic affecting the toxicity of antimony agents was studied systematically in mice. The results showed that when the content of arsenic is below 200ppm, there is no obvious effect on the toxicity of the two kinds of antimony agents. The toxicity of the two kinds of antimony agents increases only when the content of arsenic reaches 2000-20000ppm. At the same time, according to Loewe graphical analysis method, antimony potassium tartrate (PAT_ (sb) Ⅲ) and arsenic trioxide (AS ~ (Ⅲ)) and sodium antimony gluconate (SAG_ (sb) v) v) toxicity when combination, proves PAT_ (sb) Ⅲ and AS ~ (Ⅲ), SAG (sb) v and AS ~ v toxicity were additive.
