利用小麦高亲和性新材料“J—11”和中国春Talkrph1b多基因综合体,采用杂交、回交和细胞学鉴定方法,培育成功新的“J—11”Talkrph1b高亲和性多基因综合体。分析表明,“J—11”Talkrph1b多基因综合体中的Tal、kr和ph1b基因能独立表达,互不干扰。由于新的高亲和性多基因综合体携带有隐性kr4基因,能大大提高小麦远缘杂交结实率,突破中国春及中国春Talkrph1b多基因综合体不能成功杂交方面的难关,拓宽小麦族种质资源的研究与应用范围,直接有效地转育外源目的基因,创造小麦遗传育种新材料。
