随着超稠油的大规模开发,一般采用油层酸化解堵措施来解除地层伤害,提高稠油吞吐井回采能力。在室内试验的基础上,成功研究出解堵增能一体化技术,该技术将稠油解堵与补充能量助排有机结合,在无机和有机酸复合解堵基础上,复合解堵剂与蒸汽产生协同效应,自生出大量气体及表面活性物质,实现解除油层伤害和稠油增能助排一体化,改善稠油井周期吞吐效果。与传统的解堵类措施相比针对性更强,实用性更高,2011年与2012年现场实施8井次,措施成功率87.5%。累计措施增油3530.4吨,创效558.3万元,投入产出比为1∶10。取得良好的措施效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
