本文报告热疗联合化疗治疗口腔颔面部恶性肿瘤取得良好效果。用小白鼠接种U_(14)实验,结果表明加热联合平阳霉素,其抑瘤率(66%)明显高于单用平阳霉素组(47%)或加热组(42%)。临床治疗31例,结果,临床见肿瘤完全消失,溃疡愈合或活检阴性者14例,占45%;肿瘤缩小50%以上者12例,占39%;肿瘤缩小不足50%者5例,占16%;总有效率达84%。全部病人治疗期内病变无恶化,无造血功能障碍及远处转移。文内介绍了治疗方法,讨论了治疗机理。
This article reported that hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy was effective in the treatment of oral and facial cancers. U_(14) experiments were conducted in mice. The results showed that the rate of tumor inhibition (66%) in heating combined with pingyangmycin was significantly higher than that in pingyangmycin alone group (47%) or heating group (42%). Clinical treatment of 31 cases, the results showed that the tumor disappeared completely clinically, ulcer healing or biopsy was negative in 14 cases, accounting for 45%; tumor shrinkage of more than 50% in 12 cases, accounting for 39%; tumor shrinkage less than 50% in 5 cases, accounting for 16 %; total effective rate is 84%. All patients had no worsening of disease during the treatment period, no hematopoietic dysfunction and distant metastasis. The treatment method was introduced in the article and the treatment mechanism was discussed.
