本文利用透射电镜(TEM)研究了SiCw/LY12复合材料经不同时效规范处理后基体中位错和沉淀相等显微组织及其与时效硬化行为的关系。结果表明,不同热处理工艺条件下的SiCw/LY12,其位错密度和沉淀相数目、大小的变化规律与材料的时效硬化变化规律相符合。
In this paper, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to study the relationship between the equivalent microstructure of dislocation and precipitate in SiCw / LY12 composites after aging treatment and their relationship with age-hardening behavior. The results show that the variation of dislocation density, the number of precipitates and the size of SiCw / LY12 under different heat treatment conditions are consistent with the changes of the age hardening of the material.
