【案件】前不久,家住哈尔滨市的王女士接到快递员打来的电话,称她的包裹已送到小区物业公司处,通知她去取。然而,当王女士前去取件时,却发现包裹不见了。王女士认为,包裹是在物业公司丢失的,相关工作人员应予以赔偿。但物业公司认为,帮忙代收包裹是无偿保管,丢了概不负责。对此,王女士该如何维权?【维权建议】针对王女士的案例,黑龙江建文律师事务所张建文律师提出如下建议:
