赵永田和孙付伟均是河南省民权县城关镇赵庄村村民。1995年5月1日,孙向赵借款3000元,借款期限为6个月。借款到期后,孙未还款。赵碍于情面一直未向孙催要。1998年4月5日,赵因结婚急需用钱方才找到孙索要欠款,不料,孙竞耍赖,拒还。无奈,赵诉至法院。 法院经审理认为,赵永田借款3000元给孙付伟虽然属实,但已超过诉讼时效,依法不予保护,遂判决驳回赵永田的诉讼请求。 赵永田接到人民法院的判决书后,连连叫苦,怎么也想不通自己明明是借钱给别人怎么却反而输了官司呢?
