近年来,对血管内皮细胞舒血管因子(EDRF)已有研究,内毒素(LPS)可使其大量释放。本文用SD麻醉鼠、显微录像提睾肌微血管,并连续记录平均动脉压(MAP)。实验分①:LPS组(15mg/kg iv n=5):第4分钟MAP降至12.39±1.15kpa,P<0.05,后略回升。提睾肌微动脉(6~27μm)在3分后舒张1.1—1.7μm P<0.05。②注LPS 3分后给L—N—精氨酸(LNMA为EDRF合成抑制剂,15mg/kg iv n=5)在第8~10分钟MAP升至18.35±7.26kpa,P<0.05、提睾肌微动脉在第6分缩2.5μm,P<0.05,7~10分缩4.5—6.6μm,P<0.01。表明EDRF
In recent years, vascular endothelial cell vasodilator factor (EDRF) has been studied, and endotoxin (LPS) can release a large amount of it. The cremaster arterioles (6-27 μm) had a relaxation of 1.1-1.7 μm at 3 minutes P<0.05. 2 LPS-N-arginine (LNMA for EDRF synthesis inhibitor, 15 mg/kg iv n=5) was given after LPS 3 minutes, MAP increased to 18.35±7.26 kpa at 8th to 10th minute, P<0.05, creatinine The number of muscle arterioles at the 6th minute contraction was 2.5μm, P<0.05, 7~10 minutes contraction was 4.5-6.6μm, P<0.01. Indicates EDRF
