目的探讨2μm激光在前列腺汽化切除手术中的安全性、易操作性及疗效。方法应用2μm激光手术系统治疗良性前列腺增生患者共120例,对手术时间、安全性、术后疗效做出评估。结果 120例良性前列腺增生患者均顺利完成手术,手术无中转开放手术,未行膀胱穿刺造瘘,术后未出现水、电解质异常,未出现严重出血等并发症,手术历时30~120min。结论 2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术是一种简单、可行、安全性高的手术方式。 Objective To investigate the safety, maneuverability and curative effect of 2μm laser in prostatectomy. Methods A total of 120 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with 2μm laser surgery system. The operation time, safety and postoperative efficacy were evaluated. Results All 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were successfully performed the operation. There was no operation of transfer and open surgery, no bladder puncture and fistula. No postoperative water and electrolyte abnormalities, no severe bleeding and other complications occurred. The operation duration was 30 to 120 minutes. Conclusion 2 μm laser vaporization resection of the prostate is a simple, feasible and safe method of operation.
