在社会主义市场经济迅速发展的形势下,企业的生产经营活动面临着严峻的安全问题挑战。企业核心竞争能力的强弱势必影响石油的供给与使用效率,也必然影响石油安全的保证能力和环境保护能力。本文在充分探讨石油企业生产经营的基础上,结合所存在的安全经济问题,提出石油企业实施安全经济管理的措施。
Under the situation of rapid development of the socialist market economy, the production and operation activities of enterprises are facing severe security challenges. The strength of the core competitiveness of enterprises is bound to affect the efficiency of oil supply and use, but also inevitably affect the ability to guarantee oil security and environmental protection capabilities. On the basis of fully exploring the production and management of petroleum enterprises, this paper puts forward measures to implement the safety and economic management of oil enterprises in combination with the existing problems of safety and economy.
